What cookies are

Cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser’s local storage) are small files or pieces of data that a website stores on your device.

What we use on this website

This website only uses technical storage, which is essential to provide the service you request. We do not use analytics, advertising, social media or third-party cookies, and we do not load fonts or other resources from external servers (except Google sign-in, only when you use it).

Name Type Purpose Duration
blaustrand.booking Session storage (first-party) Remembering your booking code and email to show you its status when you return from the payment gateway Until you close the tab
Firebase Authentication session Local storage (Google) Keeping you signed in with Google to book and see “My bookings” (and the owner in the management panel). Only created if you sign in Until sign-out
blaustrand.me Session storage (first-party) Remembering whether the signed-in account is an administrator, so it is not checked on every page Until you close the tab

Payment gateway

When you pay, you are taken to the Redsys website (the bank’s gateway), which may use its own technical cookies. Please see its policy on that website.

Technical storage needed to provide a service requested by the user is exempt from consent (article 22.2 of the Spanish LSSI-CE). That is why this website does not show a cookie banner. If we ever add non-technical cookies, we will ask for your consent before using them.

How to delete them

You can delete or block cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you do, the payment confirmation page may ask you to open the link in your confirmation email.
